Op CUBO - Billet Lane, Hornchurch 5th February 2026

Officers from Hacton, St Andrews and Upminster SNT’s together with some new recruits conducted an Op CUBO in Billet Lane, Hornchurch this afternoon.

Op CUBO is a Metropolitan Police initiative designed to crack down on uninsured vehicle and illegal driving.

A good number of vehicles were stopped with several drivers issued with tickets for offences, persons and vehicles searched where required and drivers spoken to or given advice regarding other matters.
